If you’ve ever cooked with orange zest, you know that it really does add quite the taste! I love zesting oranges and lemons and limes, so this recipe is right up my alley!

Fun Sunshine Cookies

Since these cookies have orange in them, they’re healthy, right? At least that’s what my kids try to tell me! No matter what you need to tell yourself about making these cookies, just make them up and gobble them down. They’re really, really good and we’ve actually had these for breakfast/brunch with hot coffee for me and tea for the kids.

They do great if you decide to freeze them for later, too! (and the homemade icing is so good as well!)
