Snowball Cookies are also known as Mexican Wedding Cookies. They are soft and buttery cookies that will melt in your mouth. You can spot them that by the perfect ball shape that is covered with powdered sugar making them look like miniature snowballs.

Ingredients You Need to Make This Snowball Cookies Recipe
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans
1 Stick Softened Butter
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 Cup Powered Sugar

How to Make Snowball Cookies
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
Next, in a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and a 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar.
Once the powdered sugar and butter are well mixed, add in the vanilla. Then slowly add in the flour until the dough is well mixed.
The last ingredient to stir in is the crushed pecans.
After you have your dough completely made, it is time to make the snowballs! Start by rolling the cookie dough into teaspoon-sized balls and placing them on a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the balls for 12-15 minutes.
Finally, roll each ball in snow! (I mean the leftover powdered sugar)
