Valentines Dinner Date Idea

Valentine’s Day Dinner Idea

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, do you have plans yet?  Valentine’s Day for my husband and I usually means a nice Valentine’s Day dinner together after the kids go to bed.  I like doing something fun to celebrate with the kids in the morning, followed by an easy dinner and early bedtime so that my husband and I can enjoy a relaxing meal together.  Staying in on Valentine’s Day is more romantic in my opinion, it’s just the two of us and we can just unwind and relax together, something that doesn’t happen often with 3 kids.  Plus, not having to stress about finding a babysitter or what to wear is always a perk in my book.

This Valentine’s Day we have Creamy Tortellini with Rosa Sauce on the menu, featuring Bertolli® Organic Sauces.  As an Italian family, pasta is a staple in our house, and finding a good sauce is something I learned at a young age.  Bertolli® is a favorite in my household, the flavors remind me of family dinners as a child.

Bertolli® Organic Sauces

For the Creamy Tortellini with Rosa Sauce Recipe, I mix two Bertolli® Organic Sauces together to create a delicious and unique creamy Rosa Sauce.  The first sauce I use is Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce an organic pasta sauce made with delicious organic ingredients, including tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and Romano cheese.  The second sauce I use is Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce a rich and creamy sauce made with organic ingredients, like fresh cream, whole milk, real butter, and aged Parmesan and Romano cheeses. These Bertolli® Sauces bring an authentic flavor to your table satisfying everyone’s appetite.
