What are Box Tops and How Do Box Tops Work?

The Box Tops for Education program is designed to earn cash for local schools in your area. Box Tops can be utilized in three different ways:

Clipping it: With the Clip program, you actually clip the “box tops” from your favorite participating General Mills products such as Cheerios, Go-Gurt, Fruit Roll-Ups, and Chex Mix.  A complete list of participating products can be accessed at www.boxtops4education.com/earn/participating-products. There are literally hundreds of products in which the Box Tops can be found. Each is worth 10 cents for your school. Box Tops Clips then be submitted to the person in charge of the Box Tops Program at your school before the expiration date.

Bonus Box Tops are available right now at Sam’s Club, You can find 7 BONUS box tops on tons of products. My kids picked tons of breakfast and lunch box items like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Mott’s fruit snacks, and GoGurt. You can also download the Box Tops app for free and upload your receipt to earn 100 more bonus Box Tops!”

Sam’s Club offers a great selection of the products that are part of the Box Tops for Education Program. Sam’s Club also offers many bonus box tops along with plenty of food options in the brands that are participating in this amazing program to benefit schools and education!

Your school’s Box Tops Coordinator will collect all the Box Tops and send them in so your school can get cash. Checks are mailed to schools twice a year in December and April.

Where to Find Box Tops and How to Get Box Tops Fast

There are several ways you can collect more box tops in a short amount of time. You can enlist the help of your family or even a group or organization you belong to by placing a container that is designated solely for box tops. This serves as a reminder to everyone to collect them. You can even have a contest to see who can collect the most before the end of the Box Tops for Education Program. You can canvas your neighborhood and ask everyone to collect the box tops from products they purchase or even set up a box in a location within your community to encourage people to place their box tops in the box so you can turn them in later.
