4 Tablespoons of cocoa
4 cups of Milk
4 teaspoons of strawberry syrup
4 teaspoons of vanilla syrup
4 teaspoons of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of brewed coffee
4 scoops of chocolate ice cream
Whipped cream
Confetti sprinkles
Pink sugar sprinkles
Multi-colored swirled suckers
Multi-colored popcorn
4 12 ounce mugs

Easy Steps to Make Over The Top Hot Chocolate
To start, spread vanilla icing around the top of each mug, and dip in nonpareils, or sprinkles to make the tops of the mugs colorful and bright.
Next, in a large saucepan heat milk, cocoa, strawberry syrup, vanilla syrup, sugar, and coffee, on low heat, just until it bubbles, stirring constantly.
