This is my favorite Brazilian dish!  It seems like a crazy mix of everything you could think of at first glance but once you try it you’ll see how easily the tastes merge together!

Salpicao/Brazilian Chicken Salad
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Ham Steaks
2 Cups of Raisins
2 Cups of Shredded Carrots
Jar of sliced Green Olives
1 Green Apple
1 Red Apple
Can of Peas
Can of Corn
Jar of Potato Sticks
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1) Chop up the ham steaks and chicken breast and place in bowl
2) Drain corn, peas, and olives and add to the bowl
3) Measure and add raisins
4) Chop up both apples and add to the mixture
5) Shred carrots or buy a bag of pre shredded ones and add them in
Now you have all the main ingredients ready to go.  Next mix in the mayonnaise and make sure to get all the ingredients mixed up well.
Spread the mixture in a serving dish or pan and refrigerate till your ready to serve.
Once your ready to serve, take it out of the fridge, cover the pan with the potato sticks and ENJOY!
