As we come into the beautiful spring and summer months I am always on the look out for easy, healthy, and yummy snacks that I can throw in our lunch sack or beach bag. Our current favorites are the black pitted olives and the pimiento stuffed Spanish green olives. The sliced black olives also came in really handy when I needed to add olives to a pasta salad dish. I didn’t have to dirty the can opener or strain any juice, just opened the package and poured them in. Super easy!
