Lilly has very curly hair, the shorter it is the curlier it becomes. She loves her hair long though, so that equals a screaming match every night as I attempt to comb out the matted knots that have accumulated through out the day.
I have tried countless products on her hair, from $3 drug store brands to $25 salon brands, so I know what to look for when it comes to products for her hair.
Lilly came in from playing outside, I took out her headband and was left with this tangled mess… as usual.
I gave her a bath like usual, I wash her hair with shampoo once a week. The rest of the week I only apply a conditioning mask to it and let it sit while she plays, and rinse it off last.
Once bath time was over I applied the Silk Leave-In Conditioner
from Curly Hair Solutions. I was excited that the conditioner felt light weight and more on the watery side than oily. Lilly’s hair is very thick and curly but her hair is still fine so many oily products immediately weigh all her curls down.
I ran it through her hair, combed it and waited to see the results once it dried.
Once her hair was dried I was beyond happy with the results!
I hadn’t seen her curls look this good sense she was tiny!
The curls spiraled up and separated, her hair looked beautiful. Plus the curls where soft and shiny, not oily or greasy.
