When it gets chilly outside our favorite comfort food is a Yummy Chowder made with Hood Sour Cream.  The one we eat the most is this super easy Corn Chowder, its easy to make and delicious with some biscuits on a cold winter day or chilly summer night!  

Ingredients:

2 large cans of Corn
1 large can of Creamed Corn
3 large Potato
1 cup Heavy Cream
3 cups Milk
3 cups Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and Pepper for Seasoning
In a large pot combine cans of corn, creamed corn, and potatos chopped into cubes.
Add Milk, Butter, Chicken Broth, Cream, Salt and Pepper to Pan
Also add Hood Sour Cream to bring a great accent taste to the Chowder.
Place on Stove
Bring Chowder to a Boil
Lower heat to medium and cook for 45 minutes
Serve hot with biscuits or crackers
Enjoy!
As soon as I take a bite of this my memory instantly brings me back to cool summer nights on the lake and Gram cooking this up in the cottage kitchen!  A great place for my heart to be in the dead of winter!
